Hollie's Flatiron Steakhouse will open it's first location for Hal Smith Restaurant Group in early 2012. "Developing a great steakhouse for Moore Oklahoma has been a lot of fun and we look forward to growing along with the great pace the city of Moore has set", Ross Crain, Director of Operations. The concept will show what Oklahoma does best with a hint of spice and decor of the warm southwest. Hollie's name has been revived from the great Hollie's Bar that once set the pace on South Western. Hollie's will feature great steaks seasoned and seared to perfection on a flatiron grill along with green chile', fresh fish, oven roasted chicken, and a homemade signature red chile' steak sauce. The bar will feature all of your favorite cocktails, along with some you haven't seen to accompany an ever changing wine list.
