Eastside Oklahoma City starts from East of Walker Avenue and extends to the North of 4th Street. This area has the most number of African American residents in the entire OKC. Eastside is home to some excellent restaurants, bars and even breweries. Dining in the area is a superb experience. The Eastside OKC is known for its historical significance as the civil rights battleground in the 1900s. Today, the growing number of shopping, dining places, bars and hotels in the place heralds an economic renaissance in Eastside Oklahoma City. It boasts of a number of developments in the area.
